On March 16, 2023, the first joint transnational call within the European partnership Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS) will open. The theme is healthcare for the future.
The European partnership on Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS) has been established as a European Joint Program partnership co-funded from the European Commission. The aim of THCS is to coordinate and optimize research and innovation efforts in Europe and its partners countries supporting health and care systems transformation.

About the grant
This call invites proposals addressing solutions for seamless integration of the different settings in which health and care is delivered and received, locally, regionally, at home or in specialized hospitals, under different contexts.
Grant type: Project grants. The minimum project duration is 18 months and maximum duration of projects are 36 months.
Budget: For this call, Forte has a budget of approximately SEK 15 million.
