Strength to Move On is a research project for women who have left an abusive partner and are navigating a new phase in life. Developed through collaboration between researchers and women’s shelters, the initiative aims to provide support, strengthen self-esteem and help participants find direction in life. The results are promising.

A quarter of a million Swedes are working pensioners, combining paid work with drawing a pension. Yet many people are worn out long before they reach retirement age. So what does a sustainable working life look like if more people are to be able, and willing, to keep working on their own terms beyond retirement?
