In the application and grant management system, Prisma, there is information about ongoing grants. In Prisma one can also make requests for changes regarding ongoing projects. The financial and scientific reporting are also managed through the Prisma system.

View your grants in Prisma

Decided and ongoing grants can be viewed in your personal account in Prisma.

Project leader

As a project leader, you will find information about your grant(s) on the “Grants” page under the “Applications and Grants” tab in Prisma. On the “Details” button for the relevant grant, you will find information regarding:

  • Documents such as application, decision, terms of approval and statements
  • Dates and signing of terms of approval
  • Dates and reporting
  • Requests concerning your grant

Administrating organisation

As administrating organisation (representative for the organisation), you will find information about signing and reporting under:

  • The “Organisation tasks” tab, and the Sign and Report pages (prefects and equivalent, as well as economists)
  • The “Organisation account” tab, and the Reporting overview and Signing overview pages (organisation account managers, application managers, as well as signing and reporting administrators)

If you have been assigned a task to sign or report, you will receive a notification via Prisma.
