The purpose of Forte’s journal grants is to support scientific discussion and publication and to promote the dissemination of scientific information within Forte’s areas of responsibility and coordination. In total, SEK 10 million is reserved by Forte for the period 2025—2027.
Focus area
Swedish-language journals within Forte’s areas of responsibility (Health, Working Life and Welfare) can apply for grants for editorial work and publishing. The purpose of Forte’s journal grant is twofold; namely to support scientific discussion and publication in Swedish within Forte’s areas of responsibility, and to promote the dissemination of scientific information within Forte’s areas of responsibility and coordination — in particular results from research funded by Forte.
Grant limit
The amount granted amounts to a maximum of SEK 1,200,000 for 3 years. In total, SEK 10 million is reserved by Forte for the period 2025—2027.
Who can apply?
To apply for a network grant within this call you must have completed a doctoral degree no later than the closing of the call, and be affiliated to an organisation that has been approved as an administrating organisation by Forte.
