Centres for severe mental illnesses
Forte funds three research centers focused on severe mental illnesses. The research conducted by these centers is intended to address society’s need for knowledge and contribute to significant societal benefit.
The research centers will conduct practice-oriented and interdisciplinary research on methods, treatments, and interventions within psychiatric health care for severe psychiatric conditions.
The research should benefit patients and healthcare services, help address societal challenges, and support the implementation of the national strategy for mental health and suicide prevention.
