Apply to become an approved administrating organisation
The organisation applying must have a Swedish organisation number, conduct research and meet Forte's criteria for administrating organisations. To be approved, you must apply for an organisation account in Prisma and submit a form and required documentation to Forte.
Please note: In order to be approved as a grant administrating organisation and thereby eligible to apply for funding in a specific call, the application via Prisma and the required documentation by email must be submitted no later than one month before the call’s application deadline.
Step-by-step guide
Applications for an approved organisation account are made in the application and case management system Prisma. Applications must be made by an authorised representative of the organisation’s administration, who will also act as the organisation’s account manager in further contacts with Forte.
After the application has been made in Prisma, you must also fill in the form:
The authorised signatory must sign the form.
In addition, please submit the following documentation:
- the organisation’s most recent annual report
- a tax account statement for the last six months (print and send a scanned version to Forte, signed by a person authorized to make decisions on behalf of the authority)
- statutes (applies to foundation or association)
- articles of association (applies to limited companies)
- instruction or other documentation that proves the task as a research performer (authorities or other public bodies)
- documents proving who is the authorised representative of the organisation (signatory)
Please send the form and supporting documents to forte@forte.se. Do not forget that the authorised signatory must sign the form.
Please note that this form and other attachments become official documents when received by Forte, and can thus be provided to the public on request.
The contact person for the organisation will receive an email via Prisma with the decision.
Once the funding administrator is approved, the project leader/organisation will have the opportunity to apply for funding from Forte.
