Administrating organisation

The administrating organisation is the Swedish organisation where the project leader is employed and which receives the funds disbursed by Forte.

How to become an administrating organisation

The organisation must be approved by Forte

To be approved as an administrating organisation, the organisation needs to meet certain criteria and create an organisation account in Prisma.

Please note that the organisation must have a Swedish corporate identity number.

Please note: In order to be approved as a grant administrating organisation and thereby eligible to apply for funding in a specific call, the application via Prisma and the required documentation by email must be submitted no later than one month before the call’s application deadline.

Submit the annual financial report in Prisma

The financial officer at the administrating organisation must submit an annual financial report in Prisma for each year the project is ongoing. The project leader signs (or rejects) the report before it is sent to Forte. The final report must be submitted no later than three months after the end of the availability period, or according to the reporting plan.

FAQ

As a main applicant, you do not need to have a position at the time of application, but if the application is granted, you are expected to be employed by your chosen administrating organisation. The employment must at least cover the time set aside for the project (activity level). The intended project leader must have enough time to be able to implement the project. This is weighed into the assessment made by Forte’s reviewers.
