During the grant period

Disbursements are normally made on a monthly basis. In Prisma, you can view information about your grant and make updates when needed. Both financial and scientific reporting are required. As part of the scientific responsibility, you are also expected to ensure that the results of the research are published with open access.

Disbursement of funds

Forte undertakes to disburse the awarded grant to the administrating organisation in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the decision. Disbursements are normally made on a monthly basis, with one twelfth of the annual amount transferred each month, unless otherwise specified in the decision.

Payments are made once the decision becomes valid. The amounts stated in the decision are definitive. No compensation is provided for increased salary costs or other cost escalations.

The decision specifies the duration of the grant (the grant period) as well as how long the funds may be used.

Project changes

Information about ongoing grants is available in Prisma, the application and case management system. Prisma also allows you to submit requests for changes related to your grant.
