In the application and grant management system, Prisma, you can find information regarding your ongoing grants. Here you can also make requests for changes regarding ongoing projects. From 2017, the financial and scientific reporting will be managed through the Prisma system.

Ongoing grants from Forte are linked to your personal account in Prisma. You can find information about your ongoing grants on the page “Grants” under “Applications and grants” in Prisma.

If you cannot see your grants in Prisma

If you cannot see your awarded grants in Prisma you need to contact Prisma’s support team. Remember to provide the email address linked to your Prisma account and details of the grant’s administrating organisation, financier and reference number. We can then connect your account with your grant so that you can see it on the page “Applications and grants”.

Grant management

In Prisma you can monitor and manage your ongoing grants, such as by submitting various requests. For example, you can make requests to extend the project duration, change the project leader or administrating organization, end the project early or change the project site.

Reporting

Researchers who have received grants from Forte will be required to submit a number of reports to Forte during the project. Reporting requirements differ between the different calls and types of grants. From spring 2017, the financial and scientific reporting are managed through the Prisma system.
