This call is part of the Swedish Government’s investment in research and the transition towards person-centered and integrated care, as outlined in the national research and innovation policy bill.

Focus areas

The research funded under this call should aim to address key challenges and facilitate the transition to person-centered and integrated care. Specifically, it should focus on issues related to skills provision and new methods of working and/or organisation, governance, and leadership.

The research must be conducted in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and actors within healthcare and social care. The goal is to contribute to problem-solving in relation to the challenges of the ongoing transition. Forte encourages interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary collaboration between different researchers and research groups.
