Enabling a longer and sustainable working life 2027
To advance knowledge of the conditions that enable older people to remain in the workforce, the call invites research on the individual, organisational and institutional factors that influence people's capacity, willingness and opportunities to work longer.
The call welcomes projects that involve collaboration with relevant societal stakeholders where such collaboration can strengthen the relevance and usefulness of the research.
