In November 2017, the 10th European Public Health Conference is organised in Stockholm. The EPH Conference is where over 1,500 public health professionals convene, learn, network and engage with colleagues to strengthen the profession of public health, share the latest research and information, promote best practices and advocate for public health issues and policies grounded in research.

The theme of the 10th EPH Conference will be “Sustaining resilient and healthy communities”. Many European communities face new challenges in the provision of preventive and curative services. Migration, ageing populations, climate change, political upheavals and austerity measures all threaten the provision of high quality and equitable services. People’s opportunities for a healthy life are closely linked to the socio-economic conditions in which they live. Resilient and empowered communities respond better to economic, social and environmental change.

The EPH Conference is an initiative of the European Public Health Association (EUPHA), an independent, scientific organisation engaged to build capacity and knowledge in the field of public health. Forte is part of the Local Support Committee.

The registration will be open from 1 April to 25 October 2017, at

The conference language will be English.
