Researchers with grants from Forte are required to submit a number of reports to Forte during and after the project. Reporting requirements differ between different calls and types of grants.
From spring 2017, the financial and scientific reporting are managed through the Prisma system. Information about when to report for your specific project is provided in Prisma, under the tab ”Applications and grants”/”Grants”.
If you cannot see your ongoing grant in Prisma
If you cannot see your awarded grants in Prisma you need to contact Prisma’s support team . Remember to provide the email address linked to your Prisma account and details of the grant’s administrating organisation, financier and reference number. We can then connect your account with your grant so that you can see it on the page “Applications and grants”.
Final reporting – what to account for
Under the headings below, we list the information requested in the final financial and scientific reporting. Which information is requested may be changed from 2018.

Final scientific reporting
- Summary of results (Swedish) – max 4000 characters
- Summary of results (English) – max 4000 characters
- Publications (relevant to the project) – max 4000 characters
- Project participant information, for each participant:
- First and last name
- Role in the project
- Year of doctoral degree (not mandatory)
- Dissertation within the project (not mandatory)
- Area of expertise
- Employment category
Researchers who have received a grant through the COFAS programme are required to submit a questionnaire after the end of the project, in addition to the financial and scientific reporting. The questionnaire should be sent via email to email@example.com.
